Citroen Pluriel Car Rental Conditions Brisbane

The following rental conditions are provide specifically for the Citroen Pluriel for rental in Brisbane.
• The Citroen Pluriel is only available for rental if the driver/hirer is 21 years of age or older. - If you are younger than this minimum age, unfortunatley you can not rent the Citroen Pluriel due to insurance cover. Please click here and complete a search applicable to your age group.
• Security Bond of AUD$500 is required when picking up the car by Credit Card ONLY
• 150klm allowance is included with your rental per day, a total of 500klm's are provided weekend packages.
• Excess kms are charged at 33 cents per klm.
• Insurance is included, Excess is AUD$3,000.00
• For each additional driver, a charge of AUD$25.00 per day applies - must be 21 years of age or older. This charge is not applicable for the actual car hirer.
• Mastercard & Visa Card rental payments attract a 1.5% credit card surcharge and American Express payments attract a 4% credit card surcharge.
• Rental rates do not include petrol.
• 1 Rental day is equivalent to 24 hours.
• There can be NO preference or guarantee of a particular colour or year of Citroen Pluriel.
• Weekend Packages - Car Pickup Friday 4.00pm and return to our rental branch on the following Monday by 10.00am.
• The Citroen Pluriel will be presented detailed with a full tank of fuel at the commencement of your car rental and the car must be returned in the same condition. Cars returned with insufficient fuel will incur a charge of $3.00 per litre plus a $20 refuelling charge. Where a car has been returned dirty at the completion of the rental, a a minimum charge of $75.00 will apply.
• All persons wishing to drive the Citroen Pluriel during the car rental period must present their driver's licence and sign the rental agreement prior to driving.

Reservation Confirmation
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total car rental fee for the Citroen Pluriel is required at the time of the reservation.
• A rental confirmation will be sent to you via SMS confirming the rental period and pickup/return location.
• Your SCRO Gold Advantage membership card will be mailed to you.

Reservation Cancellations
• All cancellations will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
• Any cancellations must be given in writing 30 days prior to the car rental commencement date.
• Cancellations received in less than 48 hours from the rental commencement date will result in 100% of the total car rental fee value being payable.
• It is important that you have sufficient funds to cover the credit card security bond and remaining rental fee balance at the commencement of the rental.
• In the event where a security bond can not be provided when picking up the Citroen Pluriel, the car rental can not proceed and you will forfiete your rental deposit.
• The applicable security bond must be lodged via a credit card only which the credit card holder must be present at the commencement of the rental.
