You acknowledge that:

Collection of Information
Booking information is securley stored and is not sold or offered to any other party outside of the Sports Car Rentals group. Information received by Sports Car Rentals Online is limited to communications from Sports Car Rentals Online third parties and direct requests made by you. Sports Car Rentals Online Pty Ltd does not accept accountability where a third-party has entered details consisting of email addresses belonging to other parties.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for drive days and rentals via our website. Upon purchase of a gift voucher, the purchase is processed and a voucher will be sent to you via email or mail.

The recepient of the gif voucher will need to contact our reservations on 1300 793 682.

Conditions:
All gift vouchers for drive days and sports car rental are non-refundable where a reservation has been made and the drive day/vehicle rental can not proceed due to:
- Act of God
- Weather: Participants of the drive day may vote to postpone the scheduled drive day should the weather be likley to cause hazard or considered to be a potential road safety hazard.

Should a drive day or vehcile rental not proceed due to unforseen circumstances, a new drive day will be re-scheduled for another date within 48hours of the canlellation.

Indemnity
As a condition for your acceptance to use the Sports Car Rentals Online website including any records, information, offers, misleading information or omissions, you agreed that Sports Car Rentals Online shall be indemnified against any damage, loss, liability as a result from you acceptance of any information provided by the Sports Car Rentals Online website.
