General Provisions
The laws in force in New South Wales govern this agreement. You permanently accept to the non-restricted jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales and Courts of Appeal from them and/or any relevant tribunals for determining any disagreement concerning this agreement. We may legally consign any of our rights and obligations under this agreement at any time by giving you notice.

Ownership, copyright and trademarks
You acknowledge that:

1. The content of the Sports Car Rentals Online website is severely forbidden from unauthorized use.
2. Sports Car Rentals Online sustain all title, ownership rights and intellectual property of the Sports Car Rentals Online website. This shall include but not limited to all software, page code inclusive of HTML, JavaScript, images, design.

Bookings and Inquiries
Sports Car Rentals Online directs all reservations created by you to the appropriate Sports Car Rental Location.

When making a reservation by phone or via our online reservations, you agree that you have read and understand the conditions of making a reservation as explained on the "Terms & Conditions" page provided.

Collection of Information
Booking information is securely stored and is not sold or offered to any other party outside of the Sports Car Rentals group. Information received by Sports Car Rentals Online is limited to communications from Sports Car Rentals Online third parties and direct requests made by you. Sports Car Rentals Online Pty Ltd does not accept accountability where a third-party has entered details consisting of email addresses belonging to other parties.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for drive days and rentals via our website. Upon purchase of a gift voucher, the purchase is processed and a voucher will be sent to you via email or mail.

The recipient of the gif voucher will need to contact our reservations on 1300 793 682.

Conditions:
All gift vouchers for drive days and sports car rental are non-refundable where a reservation has been made and the drive day/vehicle rental can not proceed due to:
- Act of God
- Weather: Participants of the drive day may vote to postpone the scheduled drive day should the weather be likely to cause hazard or considered to be a potential road safety hazard.

Should a drive day or vehicle rental not proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, a new drive day will be re-scheduled for another date within 48hours of the cancellation.

Indemnity
As a condition for your acceptance to use the Sports Car Rentals Online website including any records, information, offers, misleading information or omissions, you agreed that Sports Car Rentals Online shall be indemnified against any damage, loss, liability as a result from you acceptance of any information provided by the Sports Car Rentals Online website.
